Furniture is not ordered or picked up until you have made your selection and paid or had your furniture approved for financing. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions that you may have. Furniture Available Does Home Beautiful Decor sell furniture other than what is displayed at the store/on the website? Yes, we carry a wide selection of furniture manufacturers and offer their entire line. However, there are too many items to keep on the sales floor and on the website. You may come into the store and look through our extensive catalogs. Furniture that we do not keep at the store may be available same day, next business day and at most special order requiring a few weeks to arrive. Internet Purchases Can You Purchase furniture online through the website? Yes, you can contact Home Beautiful Decor for furniture pricing not listed on the site and and we will provide total amount due and you can make a payment through our Paypal link located at the bottom of our website. Up-Front Payment Why Home Beautiful Decor requires Clients/Customers to Pay Up-Front? Some furniture items are not stocked in the warehouse and are not items that we normally stock and is ordered especially for you. So, the reason that we require up-front payment (No Credit Check Financing many times does not require any up-front money down) is to ensure that you, the client/customer will want the furniture once it has been received in our warehouse. Special Orders What is a Special Order and how long does it take a Special Order? A special order is considered to be anything that we do not keep on the floor, in our warehouse and currently out of stock and ordered per your request. Special orders, depending on the merchandise ordered can be filled as early as same day, next day or 2-3 weeks. Please contact Home Beautiful Decor regarding your special order for the most accurate information regarding your order. Rain-Checks If a Special Sale is going on and all quantities have been sold can you request a Rain-Check? Usually due to the nature of the sale, all advertised specials are while quantities last. However, at the Manager's discretion a rain-check can be offered in some instances to allow a client/customer to purchase an item not in stock at an advertised price. Backorders Does Home Beautiful Decor issue backorders? Yes, at the Clients/Customers request, items that are not in stock but wanted by the customer can be backordered. Out of Stock or Discontinued Merchandise Home Beautiful Decor does make every attempt to have the most up to date information listed on our site. Furniture stock and item availability change daily due to customer demand and manufacturing changes. Sometimes, an item may be shown on our site and it may be unavailable due to item is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. If an item is temporarily out of stock then the item will remain on our site and we will let you know when merchandise is expected to be available. As soon as we are notified by the manufacturer that an item has been discontinued then the item is immediately removed from our site. We ask that for the most up to date information and item availability that you call us. General Information *You can buy one piece of furniture or the whole collection. *We carry the entire furniture line of a manufacturer brand. *All balances must be paid prior to scheduling delivery. *All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned. *Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. *At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. *Signing upon delivery is your acceptance of the merchandise. Pre-Delivery Checklist: * Do we have the correct address and phone number? * Will the furniture fit through the doorways and hallways? * Will you be available all day to accept delivery? * Is the room clear? Drivers cannot move existing furniture. * Do you have elevators, narrow stairs, or other obstacles? Warranties & Service HBD will replace or repair damaged or defective merchandise depending on the manufacturer's waranty policy. All damages including wood damage (chips, cracks, or scratches) must be reported within 1 day of delivery or it will be considered in-home damage. Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt. Warranty Exclusions: * Fabrics–fading or wearability * Customer modifications including fabric protection * Fabric protection * Electrical components * Customer modifications * Normal body depressions in mattresses * All clearance (As-Is) merchandise * Damages or defects not reported within 5 days * Damage caused by negligence or accident Extended Warranties: HBD does sell extended warranty plans that cover oops damage to your merchandise. Prices vary based on purchase amount. These plans are offered through Montage Furniture Protection. You may opt to purchase the plan at the time of furniture purchase to cover replacement of damaged items. The plans cover your furniture for 5 years from the date of purchase. As is merchandise includes accessories, floor models, and clearance items. Does delivery include assembly? Most items include assembly. Those items that do not include assembly will be disclosed at the time of purchase. What tools do I need to assemble furniture? Generally, assembly requires common household tools such as a flat-head screwdriver, tape measure, or wrench. Refer to assembly instructions for specific tools. Can I request a specific time for delivery? We cannot always accommodate specific time requests. Please choose a day that will allow you the most flexibility. Please keep in mind that we are an all day delivery service and that the timeframe is merely an estimate. We work hard to accommodate your time request. Sometimes due to unexpected traffic issues and some problems that are beyond our control we are not always able to arrive within the requested window. If that is the case, we will contact you for further instruction as soon as we are aware that we will not arrive on time. You may either have us bring the furniture or re-schedule for another day. If you need to make changes to your estimated delivery date and time please notify us at least 24 hours prior to delivery for any changes. Can I return my furniture? Merchandise cannot be returned once you have selected the furniture and we have placed the order. Can I order an extra service parts for my furniture? We cannot sell extra parts. Each items or part is cut when the furniture is made; therefore additional pieces are not available. What is the difference between California and Eastern King bedding? Eastern - 76" wide x 80" long / California - 72" wide x 84" long Why is there a ridge or hump in the middle of my mattress? Mattresses manufactured today use greater amounts of filling materials such as cotton, foam, wool, and silk. The ridge in the center is a result of the filling materials compressing in the independent sleeping areas of each partner. |
